There are package directions for melting and storing.
For Pretzels:
1. dip in melted milk or dark chocolate almond bark and let cool on wax paper. Drizzle white chocolate almond bark over to make stripes. Or reverse colors.
2. dip half in milk or dark chocolate allow to cool then the other half in white chocolate for a half and half
3. Dip in white chocolate, allow to cool. Add red food coloring gel to remaining white chocolate and drizzle over pretzels for a candy cane look
4. Dip Ritz bits (mini peanut butter sandwiches) for a yummy treat
5. Tuxedo Crackers…very fancy, but labor intensive…spread peanut butter between 2 ritz crackers, dip in white chocolate, cool. Dip lower edge in dark chocolate at an angle, from both sides to form a V. cool again. use a toothpick and make 3 dark dots on the white part, and a "bow tie" at the top of the white part.
