I grind my own beans.
I use automatic drip coffeemaker.
I do one heaping teaspoon per cup.
I just kinda eyeballin it.
Not debating whether teaspoon is heaping or well rounded.
I like my coffee on the stronger side so if I making ten cups I might throw in a bit more. Couple of skimpier teaspoons .
Better to brew it a bit strong.

The recommended serving is the total amount to feed a cat per day. Since she is still a baby, break that 1/3 cup into a couple of smaller meals a day. Don't give her 1/3 cup each serving. You'll wind up with a chunky cat.

I would have to say that alot of foods would go into both catagories, however you are able to get non-junk food alternatives at fast food franchises such as the fruit and yogart parfait at McDonalds. If you are a chef I would assume you have knowledge on nutrition and should be able to make non junk food choices at a fast food place.
