I don't know if you are referring to a product specifically, which I will assume you are not as there does not appear to be a brand name in your question? …..so presumably you mean Limu juice in general?
If you are concerned about a specific brand then you will have to do some research. If they want to give away free samples whilst asking for card details then stay well away as you should 'smell a rat'….it would be a scam!!!
Limu looks to be based on the sea kelp: Laminaria japonica.
Do some research on that and you will have to come to your own conclusions. There are many espoused so-called 'super foods', of which Limu juice might be considered by some one, though I don't conclude that it is, as I have no personal experience with it and know very little of it other than what I have gleaned from researching this answer and until I read this question I had never heard of Limu juice.
The main 'active' constituent in Laminaria japonica is apparently Fucoidan, a sulphated [alpha-L] fucan…..a long chain polysaccharide.
Do some research on Pubmed here:

Bare in mind also one could be allergic [anaphylaxis] to the sea kelps, as with any other sea foods. One needs to always rule that out to be safe. Also, if one is under medical supervision for a thyroid disorder one would have to talk to their doctor first before considering any sea kelp as they are high in iodine and may interfere with thyroid medication.
