Boot from the upgrade discs, and you should have the option to format the drive during the installation process (around the point where you're choosing which drive to install to).
If you wipe the drive yourself outside of the installation, you'll remove the OS the upgrade discs want to see, and you'd need to follow the following:

I dunno bout the Tassimo one but I can recomend the dolce gusto machine,gave one to my sister for christmas and its been the best thing I have baught,I often nip round to hers for coffee lol

Something might be wrong with your Tassimo if the coffee doesn’t really taste like coffee. The Starbucks discs taste exactly like the cups I used to order (especially a double shot of their espresso discs).

I have a large carousel "zebra" – 4 1/2 feet long, 4 feet tall. It needs some paint repair work. I'm in Pahrump, NV.
