   Well I happen to have both dark brown eyes and hair =) It also depends on the face and build, but I can tell you that blues and light greens look good on me, personally. I try to avoid wearing too bright colors, because it would just be a shock to see such a dark head and suck a bright body. Again, it depends on the person =) It may sound weird, but it also depends on a person's personality. For instance, I'm more of a deep, calm, gentle, thinker, so blues and greens fit my personality as well as my physical appearance.

   Another example, I know someone with brown eyes and blond hair, and she looks good in grays, dark greens, blacks, and in general dark colors. Even dark reds. But at the same time, not only does it look good with her physically, but she's a person who jokes around about death and goth and isn't really deep. She also gets really angry, not as much emotional, which darker colors tend to represent. I am very sensitive and blue is generally a symbol of emotion.

   So pick colors that mix well with brown as well as who you are =) Those are my tips.
