Bad move. You have to let seeds dry on the plant before you cut them down. Sometimes it makes our yards look unkempt, but if we want seeds that's what we have to do with all flowers.

Throw it away and start over next year. Plant it in the sun where you have room for it to grow. When the seeds are black and birds start pecking at it, you can cut it down.

I do not exaggerate the every joint thing either. I can feel each rib attaching to my spine. I can feel the balls in both hips and both shoulders. I can feel where each bone in wrists and hands connect. The pain is dull, but it hit a 10/10. I have never before hit the 10/10. I may be down to a 9.7 now.

Nevertheless, the mainstream view of medical experts is that drinking three 8-ounce (236 ml) cups of coffee per day (considered average or moderate consumption) does not have significant health risks for adults.And for me its causes headaches and cold.
